Spend heartily the width of your demise, wait not timidly for thy death. - dav;d humbert
I'm old but not old enough to speak in Elizabethan English. Last night I had a dream and spoke, Spend heartily the width of your demise, wait not timidly for thy death. I did an internet search and found no quotes for either phrase so I am laying claim to its authorship.
This is going to be how I live the rest of my life.
I will relish ALL of the time, the full width between now and my death giving nothing to despair, putting fear aside, and going forward boldly. Life is for the living and eternity will be with my maker.
